I worked on IT company. I have suffered with health issue in company environment. My doctors advice me to reduce working hours. But i can't in work. That's why i resigned from my post. Company did not serve me notice time because of my health issue and release from their services. Now, company dont issue me work experience certificate, commited bonus which i get in my appriasal(they dont provide any proof for committed bouns. just it credit in employee's account in every six month) and dont give any appropriate answer. Should i take any legal actions against company. Please advice me.

you are advised to initiate legal action against your termination of service with appropriate forum mentioning your health issues.

Dear Jagat Kumar ji, It is not a case of termination by employer. It is a case of resignation by employee on his own. I think, you are mistaken in reading the thread.
