we the PSU Himachal Forest Corporation, and me GM of factory and herein intermediary product are manufactured, we are finding difficulty in online submission of Form 5A. as in one of column it mention the name of owner, father name PAN etc,
PAN number corresponds to whole of Himachal Forest Corporation and EPF is separately dealt by factory itself. herein we left with no option but to mention the name, father name etc of GM in column of owner s details.
