Termination in back date is illegal. Further termination without notice pay in lieu of notice period is illegal. File complaint with inspector under Shops and establishment Act against the termination and for recovery of dues and damages.

Dear Sir,
it is Possible they terminate without a notice and without intimation in case of miss behavior or wrong information and in that case what should i do. Because In that letter is also mention and i m not did that activity.

Since the termination is on the basis of allegations of misconduct which you refute, you can challenge it before authorities under the Shops and Establishment Act. If you are covered as workman under ID Act challenge it before labour court after raising industrial dispute.
Thanks

It is not clear as to in which state you worked and for how long and on which post. Termination in back date is illegal and it can be challenged before appropriate forum Thanks Sushil
