dear friend
no company offers job to a candidate based on what he did in 2007.
if you are from MNC and good prove to them your ability in the interview and the tests.
2. as long as you do not tell a lie about your earlier salary or perks , you do not have to worry at all.
3. having been in more than 1000 selection boards , i assure you we want quality and quality backed by dedication and sincerity.
SO COOL GO FOR THE INTERVIEW AND PROVE TO THEM YOU ARE VERY VERY GOOD IN YOUR PROFESSION
wish you all the best
blessings

Well if you have named TCS as one of your past employer in your resume and still they have considered your candidature and offered you job, there should not have problem and you must not take much worries about it. And until they asked you for anything related to your past employment with them/TCS, you must not think about verification or anything but need to be confident with your present work experience, knowledge and skills that matters most actually.
Best of Luck
