Dear Sr. HR's,
I am working as Sr. HR executive in a bpo company with 60-70 employees.
i want to know a few things:
1.) how to track attrition at agent level & how to know the reason of very high attrition rate at agent level in my company? Mostly soon after the joining employees are absconded & i keep chasing them but do not get any response.
2.) What is the correct process of head hunting of candidates & how can i increase hiring rate in my company?
So basically i want tips for increasing hiring & decreasing attrition.
Please help.

Do not engage highly qualified people in BPO. They come to BPO as a stop-gap arrangement. Pon

I also agree with Mr. Pon. In addition to this, activities related to employee engagement are also helpful.

Dear Charu01,
High attrition is always due to the employee not feeling respected or valued. Management creates these feelings by not listening to and responding to employees, giving them orders, and not sharing with them the information they want about THEIR company. These are the same reasons why people become demotivated and disengaged. Management cannot motivate people, but they can certainly demotivate them.
