take a register first note the in time and the out time and with that u get the daily hours that means 8hrs..
the amount by hours(8) gives per hour rate with that u can pay for the worked hours.. ..

Dear All,
There are various means to count daily wages workers attendance. Firstly keep a register at Main gate of the factory and take their attendance for 8 hours. The IN and OUT entry must be there and it should be countersigned by security supervisor and HR person nominated for the specific task.
The second way to start counting is on PC and attendance machines which are nowadays being used all over the country. The programs are so well set that there is hardly choice is left for manipulations. You can issue temporary smart cards for them and after 89 days they should be changed regularly. It is very easy to get it done.
The only questions which are not clear in my mind are:
(a) What is the size of your company?
(b) How many temporary workers are being employed?
(c) What is the annual turnover of your company?
(d) Are you employing security services?
(e) Are you using latest attendance monitoring system or not?
May I request you to kindly be very specific while posing questions so that you will get correct and logical answers please.
