Dear Mr Amarjeet
A very good Xl file.
I sampled a few tips.
There is an error in Power calculation “to calculate the area of circle”
given in row 249.
The solution given is =P()*(C22,2)
It should read=P()*(C24,2)

Hi all,

I need some help to get an Excel formula for the following categories based on percentage ranges:
- 90%-100%: Outstanding
- 76%-89%: Very Good
- 60%-75%: Good
- 45%-59%: Fair
- 31%-44%: Needs Improvement
- 0%-30%: Unsatisfactory

This is for a performance appraisal (PA) sheet. I require a formula that will automatically display the corresponding category (e.g., Good, Very Good) based on the total percentage of marks received.

Thank you,
Ta
