In any organization, daily wagers can be engaged in works of a casual, intermittent, or incidental nature. However, engaging any workman continuously, as well as significantly, for longer periods would automatically imply that the works are of a regular nature. This continuous engagement could be seen as a tactic to deny the workman the status of a regular employee within the organization.
