Dear All,
I got a job offer from a reputed Company in Muscat as per my professional experience. I have already signed it and surprising thing is that; GM is not willing to give me copy of offer letter and committed to give contract and offer letter duly signed by him on the day of my joining duty. I have to submit my resignation to the Company where I am working currently assuming to get job with this Company with attractive offer and facilites.
When I asked GM, he explained me that this is Company policy not to give job offer hard copy as a matter of confidentiality and he committed to provide me with a better position under him - Operations Manager as mentioned in the offer letter.
Please advise.
