But here is no any HR & Admin Related activities.I am the first person
who is going to start here HR & Admin Activities.
So please guide me which activities i will start here as a
HR & Admin Person Here is no any senior person to guide me.

Dear Mrugen,
In this organization PF,ESI and some statutory are going before also.I Just Know how can maintain
Discipline in this organization as here old & experienced Staff. I cant treat them as a fresher or new staff.&
Main thing is that they are not attending office on time is the main problem.I have littile knowledge of Admin.
So please suggest me for maintining Descipline.

In addition to disciplinary actions suggested by Mrugen Vyas, I would like to add, Salary Deduction for late arrivals, after condoning three delays in a month.
