Dear All,
One of my friend had joined a company recently in noida, she was told to give the appointment letter in a week, but after two months employer is not willing to give the appointment letter to her.
She was told to have PF benefit also, but she has not been given any kind of salary certificate so she could get idea about her legal deduction under pf. also she is denied to take a single leave due to work load.
My question is that is there a legal way to get appointment letter, rather then quieting the job with injustice by the employer.

what do you by employer? is it HR or business or business head? - has she got her salary slip? or salary? - how did she start work? was it verbal or any email with the offer letter

1. Employer means the company in which she works 2. She is getting salary not the salary slips 3. Joining was verbal and promised to give all letters.
