Good Afternoon!
I need a clarification that, actually we had submitted Combined Annual Returns for the Year ending 2012 to the Inspector of Factories, and now we have to submit the half yearly returns for June 2013. I came to know that once we submitted the Combined Annual Returns, no need to submit the half yearly returns.
your advice pls.

Dear Sukumaran
There is two returns one is half yearly another one combined annual return.
1st return will be between 01st jan to 30th jun 2nd and annual return will be combined whole year details and second half that is 01st July to 31st December every year.
