Remunance Systems is a 'Knowledge Process Outsourcing' house, offering services in Finance and Accounting domain to our global clientèle. We are currently focusing on our flagship service of end to end payroll processing for the Indian market under the brand makemysalary
1) Job Designation :- Payroll Processor
Educational qualification : -
Science or commerce graduate
Skills required : -
· Must have good analytical and mathematical skills.
· Experience in any reputed firm/BPO in Finance/Payroll will be preferred.
· Having knowledge on Indian Payroll/ Taxation.
· Excellent oral/Written Communication Skills, client facing.
Job Description / Scope of work :-
End to End payroll Processing, including Income Tax, Profession Tax, PF, ESIC,
MLWF etc. calculation.
2) Job Designation :- Inside Sales Executive
Educational qualification : -
Science or commerce graduate
Job Description :-
Data collection on Leads from different sources and net search.
Identify potential leads. (Mailers and Calls…) and record the same in CRM system.
Communicating with Leads about Payroll offerings over phone and emails and to setup a meeting with contact-person for further discussions.
Desired Profile/Competencies :-
1 to 3 years of service selling experience. good communication and interpersonal skills, good presentation skills, passion for sales and relationship building skills.
