Dear Sir,
need a clarification related to PF withdrawal of an employee ,who has completed 12 years in one organisation. this employee has applied for PF withdrawal.
His PF withdrawal has been credited to his bank account, but his pension amount is yet to be credited ?
my query is will he not get his pension amount at one go from the Pf office ?
and what is the rule and procedure to withdraw the same from the PF office.
thanks & regards

Dear Mr.Judit
PF pension can be withdrawn only if your PF service is less than or equal to 10 years. After 10 years of PF service PF pension cannot be withdrawn in one go, You have to fill up Form 10-C and submit to your concerned RPFC. After certain period of time you will get Scheme Certificate. You can submit the Scheme certificate to your new employer so that your PF pension amount will be transferred to your new company. If you are not joinining in any Company, you have to wait until you attain 58 years of age and after your attains 58 years, you have to submit the Scheme certificate to your concerned RPFC and they will send you the pension amount as per your option (monthly, quarterly, halfyearly or yearly) and so on.
