Have you spoken to your HR Manager, Training Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager on preparing a mud map for moving forward with your project?
Competency Mapping isn't a effortless exercise. Even for a hotel, it can take a couple of experienced consultants up to 2 months to complete.
But, then again, it all depends upon the extent of the mapping that your employer is seeking from you.
I've visited the links sent to you by Anayaat. And, I believe they can be adapted for use within the hospitality industry.
Why don't you take those to any of the managers I've mentioned above and speak with them about it. I am sure they will work with you to move your project forward.
