Seeking guidance to start an Employee Welfare Committee in the company I'm working for. need to know about the steps/procedures involved for the same.Please Guide.

Steps;

- Company should provide some benefits directly to the employees, such as extra training, mentoring and workplace programs that help build their skills and abilities.

- Employer's may also pay the employees on professional development through employee reimbursement programs.

- You may also include specia schemes in benefit compensation which directly perks up for pay-for -performance system in which the best performers gets the bonus gusto.

- A program which says innovative ideas wins the best to recompense.

Employees and Employer together should feel committed and happy with the best benefits mutually associated to work.
