Executives at outside india is generally reffered to Top Guys in Organisations who are looking as HEAD Or related to Strategy in the respective Functional area. And they have many Managers under them.

Executive- General mananger------' Manangers may lie, but General
Managers do Not'
Managers: They are peple directly running the show.
Here in India we many a time interchange the real meaning
