I have to restructure the Organisational hierarchy of my current organisation which has been running in a very crude format. In order to reformat the whole Structure I need to suggest the changes.
So plz help me out with the hierachy of different departments that work in an IT company. I need the information for departments which are accounts,marketing,IT recruitment & recruitment department. Plz help me out with the info asap as I have to propose the nessesary changes too.
