Hello,

As a freelancer, you will will still be a consultant! OR you have any other form in your mind?

You have to be clear on what are you offering to the clients?

Recruitment, Training & Development, Counseling, Industrial Relations or may be HR systems & procedures!

Then you have to be clear about your professional network? Membership of professional bodies, Visiting Faculty exposure etc.

What would be your social network? Rotary, Lions, other social service, ot academic institutions etc.

I am presumimg that you are professionally suitably qualified AND have hands on experience in the profession.

I suppose you need to do a SWOT analysis of your personality in this context of freelancing/consulting and then may be the subject can be discussed better and in depth!

The fees you should/could charge to your clients will be decided primarily by the forces of DEMAND and SUPPLY and thereafter by the clients' perceptions of utility of your association.

I suggest you take this mail in the right spirit and when you are ready, we may discuss again if you so choose.

Till then, good bye and good luck and Cheers!

Regards
