Dear Frnz
It is mandatory to submit annual return Form 3A using E-Return tool. and submit in CD. They are not accepting earlier formats of excel sheet.
So do in E-Return tool and submit before 30 April

Hi, So would that mean no hard copy submission anywhere? So no uploading to any portal is necessary? Would a soft copy of the two forms in a Cd suffice? Thanks, Anu

Hi Anu They are even accepting hard copies. Only this year they will accept hard copy. We sould even submit the data in soft copy in prescribed format.. Just 1 CD is sufficient :)

Thanks for that Jeevarathnam, I understood the CD concept. May you please spare your thoughts on this concern also....,I had successfully uploaded the last month's viz Mar'12 ECR thro Esewa, but all the previous monthly PF's have not been submitted online..viz..From Apr11 to Feb12, is there any provision of uploading them now, or better , is there any need to do so?

Hello Jeeva,
want some crucial info. i have submitted monthly challans without fail.. really weird but can i ask you ... is it compulsory that we need to submit form 3a and 6a??( Thinking 3a is just a consolidation of all the calculations...)...
Thanks,

Hi Anu
Yes we should file even annual returns o f Form 3A & 6A. I do agree as it is just a consolidated. But once again in Form 3A you will be showing contributions for each and every employee. That will be the proof for individual contributions.

HI
Welcome. Can you tell how are you preparing Form 3A? You should submit Both Hard Copies & Soft copies to PF department. Soft Copies should be in their specified format. :)
Any doubts do reach me on cell or GMail.

Hello,
i downloaded an excel format, where i need to input only the basic salary, the rest is calculated. i cross verified with our monthly figures.. It matches except that there is a difference in administrative charges viz. Ac 02,21,22...is that how it is supposed to be? There is no place to input that.
Thanks a lot,
Anu
