Dear sir, for f.y. 2012-13 annual return (form-3a, 6a) and nomination form-2, form -9 require to send to the epf office or not? Pl. Advice us.

Dear AK , as such pf has gone online you don’t need to file the annual return . But there is no clearance on weather form-2 & form-9 is to be submitted manually or not ..

Annexure II is related to the Annual Return, and we have already filed the ECR during the year. That's all. Nothing has been communicated by the EPF department. If someone receives any notifications or circulars regarding this issue, please inform.
