Hi. Please let me know what should be the pay scale and leave structure in Pvt.ltd Co in Maharashtra. According to our policy we have 2days leave inclusive PL,SL & CL and minimum wage is 4500/-starting i.e from office boy.

If you are covered by Bombay shops and establishments Act, you need to provide 21 days of leave in a calender year for an employee who completes 240 days in the said calender year. The wages provided to employees engaged in manual skilled or unskilled or clerical work shall not be less than the minimum wages prescribed by the Govt. of Maharastra for the said cateogory of employees employed in Shops and establishments.
