Hi friends,
we need to start performance appraisal for the first time.
as i have no experience in appraisal system,no appraisal policy is defined in my company, so please guide me what documents should i collect and how to do a fair appraisal of the employee and what forms to be used.
mine is automobile service industry.
Pleas guide its very urgent.

Even i was looking out for the same.
As our appraisal is in june and it is industrial sales and service company.
I have made performance sheet which include employee details, experience, qualification, professional knowledge and personal knowledge.
And also one more sheet which includes there goals with there target, achievement as it is sales and service.
Last time we had set some goals for each employee.
So i will put all that details.
And hand over to the concern person, let he himself guage and write the feedback and then that sheet will be handed over to his HOD.
By that way atleast some information will be provided for appraisal.
