Dear Sir,
Please send me the format of following under the minimum wages act, 1948 &the maharashtra minimum wages rule, 1963.
1. format of attendance card cum wages slips to employees Rule 27(2)
2. visit book under rule 28
3.the register showing computation of allocable surplus in form 'A' under rule 4(a)
4.the register showing the set on & set off the allocable surplus in Form 'B' under rule 4(b)
5.the register showing the details of amt of Bonus due to each of the employees as per section
10 & 11 and deduction under section 17 & 18. the amount actually distributed, the date of payment,
etc. in form 'c' is not maintained as per rule 4(c)
6.the annual return in form 'D' for the accounting year as per rule 5
