An employee has resigned from the organisation. The company has accepted his Resignation Letter & agreed to releive him.
The resigned employee needs a Letter of Acceptance of resignation from the organisation. As per the current practice HR has agreed to give him a relieving letter on his last working day.
In such scenario; "should" the organisation issue acceptance of resignation or "NO"

It is good practice to give acceptance of resignation. It is also good to mention in the acceptance letter before re leaving from service regarding following:
You need to complete your pending work.
Handover all the property / tools / laptop / computers / documents / mobile / vehicles / others of the company.
Collect no dues certificate from all the department.
hand over contacts of vendor / contractor / customer to the company.
and ..............(what ever you have the policy).
Hope I am clear to you
