Based on my experience I would suggest to put situational based interview questions to know her response.
You can also abserve her questioning patterns- towards the end of the interview you may ask her if she needs to know anything?
In case she stresses much on duty hours, shift timings, weekly offs.... there are chances that she may not be fully committed in terms of work requirements.

I think you can directely clearfy job requirements with female candidates in interview itself there is no need to take psychological test even,as to clearify things in interview is beneficial for candidate and company aswell to decide about the candidate.
As it might happen she respond positively in test bt in practical things r diffrent....so it is better to discuse.

Understand the background of the candidate.
EX: some one with a small kid will not be able to strech much in office.
But be careful you dont get too very personal with you questions. Ideally do the interview in the presence of a lady colleague who is percived as a good performer by the company.
No one can learn psychology in a day and make an assessment.

Ther is nothing in Sex, both male and female are Equal, When they come to work Miliey. More over the gal may be Adept in HR, But testing with this kindda of Question at the Interview, May affect her badly and put her in Reject the Company Even.,
Both Male and Female are Equal, As a professional we want to understand this first!! ;)

If I take interview i will ask the situational questions like if some body shouted on you without any mistake of yours how will you react..?
Do you have boy friend..?
suppose One of your close friend proposed you what will you do..?if you Accepted why you Accepted Or If you rejected why you rejected?
And also intelligence testing questions like if you got sudden opportunity with double hike in your salary what will you do...
And what is love and what is friendship.
Like these questions we can ask and we will assess the psychology of the candidate we need not ask abusing questions.
