If your company is a factory within the meaning of Factories Act, and if more than 30 women workers are employed then a creche is mandatory for use of children under the age of 6 of such women. Such rooms shall provide adequate accomodation, shall be adequately lighted and ventilated and maintain a clean sanitary condition and the incharge is trained in care of children and infants.
These are provided in section 48 of factories act 1948
