And if possible please send me the details CL Regulation & Abolition Act & its implementation in Industry.

Dear Mr.Amit,
When ever you engage a new contractor according to your requirement you have to fulfill the following criteria under statutory provisions laid down in Contract Labour(R & A) Act -1970.
1.The Principle employer has issued Form -V to the contractor to obtain license under the above act.
2. The contractor has obtained License with in 30 days before the commencement of work from the labour department.
3. The contractor has maintained Form 13, Form 15, Form 16 Registers and also submit Half Yearly Returns to the concerned department.
4. The contractor has also deposited security deposit for no.of labour engaged(Refundable).
5. The principle employer has also obtain Registration under ther provisions of the said act and also maintain Form - IV etc.,.
6. The contractor has also issue wage slips to the Labour to know the amount of wages by cl etc.
