Dear sir when we check our bank statment of this month that show there is wrong cash deposite entry done by bank while we not deposit any money now what can i do or what kind format of letter i will give to bank for that entry

Please contact your bank manager and inform him personally, he will help you to get it rectified. In case any application is required, that also he will guide you how to write that application. Whatever reversed from your account it will be kept in suspense account after confirming the pay in slip or cheque details and the depositor's details.

I wish if my bannker had wrongly credited my a/c.
I would have definately withdrawn the amount and closed my a/c instantly and opened a new a/c in another bank.
Dnt worry if bank has paid wrongly they will rectify it by themselves. Sometime this error happen. You just inform them its enough.

Bring it to the notice of the Bank. Forthwith such discrepancies or anomalies will be removed. Nowadays, banking sectors are using advanced softwares and such errors rarely happen.
@Job_connect, what will happen if some wrong debits are made in your account? will you not raise hue & cry?

@Job_Connect, I think it would not harm to inform the Bank. Sometimes transactions are wrongly posted by individuals and the Bank wont know until someone has complained!

If my a/c wrongly gets debited by the bank still bank will be in trouble and they would be liable to pay panelty if they cant provide proof. Thus banks keeps a record of all transaction.
