Now-a-days the ESIC challan is generated through online just by uploading the information such as Wages, number of working days, left employees details, employees on leave, Bank Name & Branch, Payment mode etc. Total this details are been uploaded in ESIC website. Once u complete with uploading the data then go for the option Challan generate, then u can find a print copy which can be generated with a new challan number. Submit the challan in the concern bank(due date of submission of ESIC Challan is 21st of every month)& collect it after a week so that they may put a stamp & allot a journel number.
