If you are referring to the Labour Welfare Officer under the Factories Act, please refer to the Rules framed by the Maharashtra Government under the Factories Act or the Maharashtra Government might have framed rules for the appointment of Labour Welfare Officers in factories in that State. These rules will contain the qualification for appointment for the post of Labour Welfare Officers, in factories in Maharashtra State.
