All my Seniors,
I want to know. What is the procedure to stop the ESIC contribution of an employees from the mid session.if increase the salary of an employee in the middle session due to increment. or that employee before increment under ESIC Coverage.and now he out of range from the ESIC.Can i stop ESIC contribution of that employee from this month means Ist June 2011,
I Request to all please provide me knowledge about this.

Yeah munish as we all know the wage ceiling of ESI contribution i.e., till 15,000.Ofcourse a employee will be out of coverage from ESI due to increament and a company have to shown at online that this emp. is out of coverage. But when u shown that this emp. is now out of coverage then they ask from u that emp. last working day , in that row you have to give the date of his/her last contribution.
