I have paid the ESIC contribution for the month of April on 15th May 2018. Our company has revised the salaries effective from April 1, 2018, and provided us with the details on 25th May. We have a total of 19 employees under ESIC, and following the revised salary structure, 4 employees will no longer fall within the ESIC bracket starting from April 1, 2018.
Please guide me on how to remove these 4 employees from the contribution list.

You can show zero contribution for those 4 till Oct. In October OUT OF COVERAGE can be applied for those 4 folks and they cease appearing in the ESI website

Dear Praveen,
You are right, but those employees' salaries have been revised, and they have come out from the ESIC bracket with effect from April only. Additionally, there is an option to opt out of coverage by setting the working days to zero in the supplementary contribution for the April month.
I have done that, but their names are still appearing in the May month contribution list. I wrote an email to
, but to no avail. Even the Bangalore ESIC officers are not responding properly.
Thank you.
