You can do the same.. with taking consideration of some contents..
Prepare an excel sheet..
Write down name of employee with employee code, Designation.. Date of Joining.. Length of service.. Reporting to name and designation.. Sales in that particular month.. then can write sales in last month in another column.. in the next show the difference in sales...
Like wise you can show the difference of sales in quarter too..
