1. How much salary should a recruiter expect?(calcutta)
2.how is the target calculated?is it achievable?
3.how is the incentive calculated?
4.What about the mobile bills?
5.what about the cold calling? how often do u have to make them?how do u do it?

Can expect salary starting from 7000/-. The income mainly comes from incentive. For that you have to plan according to the requirement. It is defnitely achievable. :P Incentives differes from company to company and the charecter of work. Regards Sujith.S
