Dear Fatima, Salary structure remains the same as the commission comes in "extra pay" or "other pay" included in the salary statement.

you can make a designation wise salary grade system and the incentive can pay according to his/her work performance.
Ex.
sales man grade is 4
(grade 4 min is 10,000/- and max is 15,000/-)
and the incentive can pay either according to grade or work performance.
