We are a product-based startup involved in software sales, and the sales team is scattered across different locations - Chennai, Kerala, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. Management has decided to transition to a compensation structure with less fixed salary and more performance-based incentives. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to chase higher earnings rather than those who prefer a safe zone with a fixed salary.
I'm attempting to attach the salary structure I have prepared but have been unable to do so. Please share your email ID so that I can send you the structure.
