Hello can some one share me salary structure formats of companies where the employees are in to sales.

We are a product based start up who are in to software sales and the sales team are scattered @ different locations chennai, kerala, hyderbad, bangalore and Mumbai. Now mgt has decided to go with less fixed salary and performance based incentives more as we want to people who likes to chase to earn more rather than who sits in a safe zone earning fixed Sal.
I'm trying to attach the sal structure i prepared but cldn'tbe able to please share ur email ID so that i can share the structure i prepared.
Now I want to see atleast 5-6 companies pay slips or salary structures who are in to sales to know if we r moving in a right direction or not.

There is no fixed or standard if salary structure in any industry. Nor is there a single solution that fits all. So probably the only way to do this is to understand the business and the nature of employment.
So you can fix any structure. Decide what is the base. Ensure the base is higher than minimum wages (note. Min wages is defined in terms of basic and DA only)
Beyond this you probably need to ensure that the fixed salary is above subsistent level so that employee does not run away. Put the rest in performance bonus
