We are basicaly Partnership firm with app 100 employees located in Pune, Maharashtra, engaged in engineering consultation sector. We have recently convereted to "Limited Liaility Partnershi" firm. Please let me know whether we are required to have Shop & Establishment Licence now

yes, it will be applicable, even a shop managed and run by members of the family will be covered under the Act.
Your establishment will be covered under the definition of Commerical Establishment, hence Shop & Commerical establishment Act will be applicable.
