But always they try to insulted every time, finally I said that sir I am not gave regna ion.

And from 15 September they clearly said you don’t come before that I speak with my HR
Manager and told them whole thing and ask to team to shift me in other team or gave me the chance to work as per policy HR Manager ask me previous employer Gave me negative feedback so I told them ok I spoke with team they told me we can gave you oral feedback then I Got Warning Letter from my HR at 30 September Stating that you are not reported at your work from 1st September or u are taken leave so whenever u received this letter within 7 days you can meet your Hr manager or line manager

Otherwise we tormented from service very next day I meet my HR manager told team I spoke with my previous employer they told me that our HR office in Delhi and it may take time to get feedback.

HR manager said me that you have provided me the letter the issue is that I will be working on contract basis with the company. We are as Business Development Officer on paper but due to my experienced my manager gave me to handle a team and it is not on paper on mutual understanding I work with team. The pervious co. I have letter state that as sr.team leader

Within 7 days I got termination letter from SCFL

Finally HR told that we are not gave any shifting or chance to work unless you are not provide me letter from your previous co. HR manager told me that for Termination letter u can speak with them who sign your Termination letter in between I am not get Salary or nothing any solution only My senior and HR play hide and seek game. I have lots of responsibility with my family. In this situation I latterly feed up and harassed by seniors and HR this is the policy which a reputed co. like Standard Chartered finance ltd. Never Expectation

Dear Anand i dont know whether you know of it or not that typically the center head of SME with SCFL belongs to SCB, means he usually is an employee of SCB whereas the rest normally are the employees of SCFL which is a refined DST set up only. Now coming to the point SCFL has ESAU (Excellent/Satisfactory/Average/Underperformance) structure and these ratings are awarded to the DST as per their achievements vis-a-vis preagreed targets duly signed by them after a discussion over it with their center manager. I am sure the same drill would have happened with you. In these organisations integrity and disciplinary issues are dealt strongly and if there is any discripancy/buffer being found in your pre employement check then of course you are liable to be terminated else its a very much a humane and ethical organisation.. If you feel you are absolutely right and have complied to the policies, not have gained "U" rating for continuous 3 months then there is one more policy that standard chartered group appreciate and follows very strictly and that policy is "SPEAK UP" Good Luck and fight intellegently.

My Self Mr.Anand Lamkhade joins with SCFL as Assistant Relationship Manager on 03rd April 2010. I have to report my day to day work to line manager Mr. Shiva Makhijani I work with my whole effort to make maximum cold called and reference to generate new business within months time Mr, Shiva Makhijani puts his Regna ion to his boss Mr. vegnesh giri and left on leave and than I have to report to Mr. vignesh giri with in time being he ask to me to shifted with Mr. sandeep das than again he in july I got another line manager Mr. Manikandan


when I joined with manikandan again I work with my whole efforts with SCFL to fulfill the incomplete cases and follow the orders gave by Mr.Manikandan in between july end he come to me within few days that the boss said to gave resignation. I told him that I am not gave regna ion I can speak with HR for that put a letter dated 03rd September.


To transfer another team for mentally disturbs due to force to give regeneration. This letter handover to with Mr. Suresh and ask to gave to HR manager with Mr. Pankaj Singh then I personally meet to Mr. Pankaj Singh told whole thing which happen he told me that you have to produce pervious co. relieving letter I told him that I a am working with on contract bases with commission payout with them that before this co. with Axis sales Ltd. On payroll as Sr. Team leader position due to that I have to handle Team leader role on mutual understanding these thing already cleared at the time of interview. But also I speak with my previous co. Manager he told that to call me so I can gave clarification and within time being he puts request for relieving letter to DPB HFC within time being from 15th Aug. Mr. Manikandan puts leave for his own marriage till 30th September.


I try every time to work with my whole effort with sincerely but Mr. sandeep das and Mr. Vignesh Geri always try to insulted me and kick out from the system with bosses power finally I told them also that I am not going to regeneration then 15th sep Mr. sandeep das told me that if you are not going to resignation you don’t come at office or 2nd floor we can send you terminate you. These all things happen with me I talk with HR manager Mr. Pankaj Singh and told him to that my bosses are not allow working to me within few days 30th Sep. I got warranting letter states that you are not reporting from 1st September and neither have you informed you superior about the leave. If you facing any problem affecting your performance or you require any kind help you can come to your HR manager or line manager within 7 days of the receipt of this communication if you fail to revert by the said time period you will be terminated with effect 1st sep. 2010













Very next day I meet Hr Manager Mr. Pankaj Singh ask to help me that for the previous co. letter I told that all thing what was happen that mutually understanding and my previous co. boss ready to gave Televarification but he ask to on writing only so I try for letter but within 7 days I got Termination letter states that you have not been reported to work since 1st September neither have you reported to line manager or the or the HR manager again I come to Mr. Pankaj Singh for the termination letter on what basis HR send me then he told me that



I am not sending termination letter you can speak with authorizes person who sign your termination letter then I personally meet Mr. Suresh P.M. ask for on what basis you send me for termination letter then he called Mr. Pankaj Singh discuss then he come to me and told me that you have to provide Resignation letter.

Immediately I provide Resignations Letter dated 22nd October 2010 Mr. Pankaj comes to me and Said I check your last working day you come later. When I meet next time he calls my bosses Mr. Sandeep das & Mr. Vignesh Geri that ask for the last working date is 1st September And this is the last working for that HR manager asks me proof for working till 15th September I shock that the person which is aware of all thing due to I am junior level I cant able to provide any proof for working because whom I fight for my bread butter they are on top most position in the organization Hr manager clearly told finally that if you provide resignation letter dated 1st September. Then we can provide you reliving letter otherwise we are not given reliving letter we are terminate you.
