Greetings,

Request you not to consider any readymade answer, but introspect on those problems at work which you enjoyed troubleshooting. Please leave out the ones which gave positive results, as it may have happened due to support from others including your leaders and peers.

Drill into those escalations, which you resolved irrespective of the support or information at your disposal. Once you have found those situations, categorise them under the HR functional heads such as Payroll or employee relations and etc and present them accordingly.

Count your learning from those situations and draw benefits into future roles where you intend to work. Please be sure about your level of decision-making and responsibility. Avoid framing sentences such as " I head my department for recruitment which is my strength. Once, I successfully managed an escalation in recruitment with no show, where we missed the target. I consulted my boss who revised down the target as the business model was undergoing a change ". It shows you barely had any scope for decision making on the top, lacked business intelligence.

Please do jot the areas followed by framing sentences to present them under the correct light. Wish you all the best. Do revert in case you wish to discuss this further.
