Hi dear,
Its simple the kind of Mis that is required at HR end for a retail co. are as follows:
1. No. of retail outlets all over, with respective person's detail heading that outlet.
2. No. of sales people required in each outlet. whats the current strength, is there any vacancies to be checked on a monthly basis.
3. each outlet with full address and all assets provided by the company.
4. the similar data is to be mainted for back office staff.
For policies its better you read or understand the company norms or company's mannual.
