What are your doubts about the leave policy ? Which vertical does your company belong to and what is the busienss model ? Please do mention which state is the organization located . Now consider the business model of your company. Can it afford to close operations during the holidays? Would you require shifting the working days? What does the client holiday list? Please do keep that in mind, as the operations will have to plan work allocation accordingly.
