We are pleased to offer you as follows:

a. You will be placed in the ________ Cadre of the organization as --------------------------------- and will report to --------------------.

b. Initially, you will be offered monthly salary of Rs.-----------------/- Per Calendar Month, for first 6 months of your probation as detailed in attached sheet. During probation, you will also be provided with a mobile phone at company’s cost and reimbursement of touring expenses outside _______City Limits, at actuals. You will be also provided local conveyance expenses @ Rs_____ per km if you own a two wheeler. After successful completion of probation period, your pay package will be reviewed and additional facilities offered to other permanent employees of this organisation will also be admissible to you

d uring your association with this organization, you will be required to give minimum 1 (one) months prior notice to the management in case you decide to resign from this post. In absence of Notice Period, this one months’ salary deposit kept with organization will be forfeited.

e. After successful completion of probation, you will also be covered under Employees PF and FP Scheme, Yearly Bonus, in due course of time as per the rules of the organization.

f. During your employment with us, you will be governed by the terms and conditions and rules and regulations of organization already in force / will be in force from time to time.
