I am new to this forum so would like to introduce myself.
I am Ayeda Ravindran, and I run a Stress and Performance Management Coaching and Training practice in Bangalore.
The unique difference to this practice is that it is completely Energy based and so has much faster results than traditional therapies or lifestyle changes.
I have trained employees in a few large organizations as well as worked doing individual sessions on employees in house, for which I have received excellent feedback. One of the reasons I believe is because the techniques and tools that I use completely empower the individual to take their life further.
