et me start from the very beginning. I was selected by Mafoi management consultants limited which was carried out on behalf of their client RELIANCE WEBSTORE PVT LTD on 31.12.2002.On 7th of June 2003 I got the offer letter(dated 01.05.2003),Emp code 30000622 from SMART INFOSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED(Regd Office:806/807,Embassy Centre ,Nariman Point ,Mumbai 400021).On March 19th 2004 I got continuation of service letter from SMART INFOSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED stating as "On the Job Certification" On April 4th 2005 I once again got a letter from SYNERGY INFOCOMM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED" with its reg office Thane Belapur rd ,Navi Mumbai -400709 saying a transition to Reliance Group Company "NIS Sparta is now planned" .Within April only once again there was a change in Appointment letter as we are moved to PRAGATI VALUE ADDED PEOPLE EMPLOYABILITY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD(with New Emp code 27600961),Ref HRO PVAPS/RWW/HIR-CLSM/1023/27600961 which has its reg & corporate office in New Delhi .
Now during these transitions from MaFoi, SMART INFOSOLUTIONS PRIVATE, SYNERGY INFOCOMM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED & PVAPS (31.12.2002 to 30.04.03, 01.05.03 to 03.04.05 & 04.04.05 to 29.04.05 & 30.04.05 to 24.02.07) we were continuously said by HR Personnel, Reliance House, Kolkata that its just you are moved into a different payroll entity & your PF amount is just transferred into these entities & it is in safe hands & you will get the entire amount.
There was two PF A/c No.s given to me :
MH/46714/657 & DL /31881/955 stating PF amount A/c MH/46714/657 will automatically get transferred to DL /31881/955 when we were transferred to different entitities.
I initially joined as Sales Executive at Shivam Chambers Web World, Ballygaunje & then I was transferred
To barrack pore Web World as a customer care executive
Note :My PF which starts from DL has been cleared last year but till day My PF which is still lying with Maharastra MH/46714/657 is not cleared
Please help me as this is long pending issue since 2005 as per SMART INFOSOLUTIONS but there was no information given to us by them ..
