In my point of view it is not the presentation that you have attached here because presentation means that you have a full command on your related topic and you can convince others about your point view.

Dear priompritom
If you have not "copied" the PPT, do you claim that you have "created" it ??
I have already posted the threads where this PPT is available much before you posted it on this thread.
It is a well accepted and universal courtesy to acknowledge the source, if someone is "reproducing" anyone else's creation.
There are things like "copyrights" and "intellectual property rights", which one should make oneself familiar with.
Else, you should only post articles. PPTs which you yourself have created.
HR professionals are expected to understand and interpret rules and point of laws for the benefit of employees or implementation.
It gives a very poor reflection of the acumen of HR professionals, if they do not understand the terms "COPYRIGHT" or "Intellectual Property Rights" and keep on simply re-producing/copying other people's work unashamedly without even an acknowledgement.
You do not need a "barometer" to measure what is copied or not. It is very easy to find out by using the "SEARCH" tools. How do you think I found out that you have posted a "copied" material ??
Finally, by appealing to popular sentiments in your support "wht other friends say abt this matter???" is not the right way to defend such matters.
Warm regards.
