Hello,I am working as a Sr.HR Executive in a company dealing with service sector.Our leave structure is not so conventional so as HR policy.Now I need to formulate everything again in keeping both employees and management satisfied.

the holidays are framed in consonance with the labour laws.
especially under the shop and establishment act under the specific provision which would cover the holiday and in addition to this there is special enactment which give the list of compulsory holidays.
from time to time even if approach the labour commisioner's office every year we will get list of holiday basing on the prefernce we can opt for it.
