Can Any one give me the latest Maharashtra minimum wages for Pune and Mumbai? I would like to know what is the minimum basic salary to be given, also other account heads such as HRA, conveyance etc to a new employee. Also what should be the minimum gross salary as per the rules say for lower level grade of a peon or a delivery staff.

our employees are working in malls & stores.
My question is in working hours.
Normal working hour is 8 hour per day as per munimum wages act.
if we are insisting our employees to work more than 8 hours other wise we increase working hours upto 12 instead of 8 hours we need to get permission from labour office.
Kindly suggest.
