If you want to tranfer your amount means just fill form 13 with your current employer they will do the rest or else if you want to withdraw your amount fill form 19 & 10c and submitt it to your previous employer nobody can hold or stop your PF amount.

In case you want to withdraw you can do that after two months from the date you left the job, and in case you want to transfer it can also be done

Probably the pf authorities do not permit withdrawl if accumulations are for the period of 6 months . The company you have left may not cooperate with you . Mind you , one should always leave company in a decent manner .

As long as you have your correct PF Number you can Transfer it to your New PF with your current employer. It would not be advisable to withdraw the money as it is a part of your social security funds and should not be used.

Dear Anupam,
You can transfer/withdraw your PF, after duly attested by your previous employer. Because your previous employer has to acknowledge you that you're an existing employee of the organization (previous company).
Thanks,

Dear Anupam,
you can transfer your account by the current employer, for that, the form 13(revised) is available in epf office.
i feel that, the transfer will be better than withdraw your amount
thanks
