Dear Manish,
I would like to advice you that PMS system for your company cannot be explained because you have not informed about your company's exact business,operations,where the money is earned from, where the money is spent on,etc.If you want real & good advice from all of us then you should define your business properly.Mere mentioning 600 people will not solve your problem.In short you should give tentative break-up (not exactly) while putting your query.PMS systems are made which are suited according to business needs.Eg- The PMS system for Autoriders group-Maruti dealer(2-3 showrooms) will be totally diffrent from Vitesse group.-again maruti dealer having 10-12 selling locations.PMS systems are very sensitive procedures for each & every organisation,HR folks would agree that lot of labour is spent upon to arrive at satisfied conclusions while developing,implementing & maintainng these systems over a period of time. I hope you would not take me harshly but you will revert back with proper particulars so that all of our HR colleagues would feel comfortable to contribute to your case.
